DIRECTIONS TO WESTFIELD (by car)

From Springfield/West Springfield area: Route 20 West into Westfield. Left onto Elm Street (follow signs to Route 202/10). Take immediate right onto Court St. Follow Court Street for approximately 1/4 mile. The House will be on your left. It is a white ranch with a ramp in front and a semi-circular drive. A sign on the house reads, "Cancer House of HOPE".

From Easthampton/Northampton area: Route 202/10 South. Follow it through Westfield until you come to the Westfield Library on the right (a small park is on the left). Follow directions given from that point for Springfield/West Springfield.

From Chicopee: Route 90 (MASS Pike) W to Exit 3. After toll-booth, turn right going south on 202/10. Follow it through Westfield until you come to the Westfield Library on the right (a small park is on the left). Follow directions given from that point for Springfield/West Springfield.

From Holyoke: 91 South to Mass Pike Rt. 90 (Exit 14) Follow directions given for Chicopee. OR take Westfield Road to 10/202 S (Southampton Road). Follow directions given from that point for Chicopee.

From Longmeadow/Agawam area: Follow Route 57 into Southwick to the end and a light. Turn right onto College Highway Route 202/10 North. Proceed north until you pass over the bridge. Bear left at fork in the road onto Mill Street. (Crane Pond is on your left). Turn right onto Court Street at the second set of lights (Noble Hospital is on your right). The House is the first house on the right. It is a white ranch with a ramp in front and a semi-circular drive. A sign on the house reads, "Cancer House of HOPE".

From Northern Connecticut: Take 91N to MASS Pike Rt. 90 (Exit 14) and follow directions for Chicopee listed above OR take 91N to Route 57 and follow directions listed for Longmeadow.

DIRECTIONS TO SPRINGFIELD (by car)

From the South: I-91N to Exit 2 (Rt. 83/Forest Park exit). Proceed .4 miles to traffic light. Turn R onto Rt. 21/Rt. 83/Sumner Ave. Follow Rt. 21 North to intersection of Bradley Rd. Turn L onto Bradley Rd.; .7 mile; turn R onto Plumtree Rd. The CHH is .1 mile ahead on the left.

From the North: I-91 S to 291 East. Go to Exit 5B (Page Blvd./East Springfield). Immediately get into the left lane and take the first left onto Roosevelt Avenue. Drive 2.5 miles and turn left onto Wilbraham. Drive 1.3 miles and turn right onto Bradley. Drive .9 miles and turn left onto Plumtree Road. The House is .1 miles on your left.

From the West: Follow 291 S to Exit 5B (Rt. 20A W/E. Springfield). Take first left onto Roosevelt Ave. Travel approx. .8 mile; take L onto Bay Street. Travel approx. .9 mile and bear R across Boston Road onto Breckwood Blvd. Proceed approx. 1 mile (Breckwood Blvd. becomes Bradley Rd.) to Plumtree Road. The CHH is .1 mile ahead on the left.

From the East: Take Mass Pike (I-90) W to Exit 7 (Rt. 21/Ludlow-Belchertown). Turn L onto Rt. 21/Center St. Follow Rt.21, taking a slight R onto Main St. and then a slight left onto Parker Street. Continue on Rt. 21/Parker St for approx. 3 miles. Turn slightly Ro nto Wilbraham Rd. Turn L at intersection of Plumtree Rd. and continue approx. 1.3 miles. The CHH is on the right.
